2. Description of service

JobPilot365 provides AI-assisted job discovery, resume parsing, match scoring, cover letter generation, application tracking, and related tools. We aggregate public job listings and help you organize your job search.

3. User accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use JobPilot365.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, resume, and applications.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use JobPilot365 to send spam, mislead employers, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the platform, or abuse rate limits.
• Upload content that is illegal, discriminatory, or infringing.
• Submit false or fraudulent job applications.

5. AI-generated content

JobPilot365 uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions such as cover letters, resume tailoring, and interview responses. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your resume, profile, and application materials. You grant JobPilot365 a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the service. The JobPilot365 brand, software, and design are our property.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Limitation of liability

JobPilot365 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, accuracy of third-party job listings, or any damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JobPilot365 after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
