Role overview The PREWF (Protect, Real Estate, Events, Workplace & Facilities) Generalist, Paris & Ghent is responsible for the daily Workplace operations of the Paris and Ghent offices and for overseeing EMEA co-working locations. The role also contributes to facilities-related initiatives locally. The position ensures that workplaces remain functional, welcoming, compliant and operationally efficient. Working closely with the EMEA PREWF team, the PREWF Generalist coordinates vendors, supports building operations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the Paris, Ghent, and EMEA co-working offices.
