    About this role

About the Team Seoul is one of Tinder's key global hubs — home to cross-functional product pods building for hundreds of millions of members across 160+ countries. Our Seoul-based teams span Product, Design, Engineering (iOS, Android, web, and backend), and Data, working side by side to move fast: incubating new ideas, running rapid experiments, and shipping features that scale from a single market to Tinder's global business. We partner closely with teams across the region and our U.S. headquarters, taking what works locally — new experiences, growth strategies, product bets — and turning it into playbooks and products that shape how Tinder shows up for members everywhere. Our Mission Launched in 2012, Tinder revolutionized how people meet and has become one of the world’s most popular apps for meeting new people. With tens of millions of users globally, Tinder continues to shape culture, spark conversations, and redefine how a new generation connects. At Tinder, we believe meaningful connections start with authenticity, curiosity, and self-expression. We’re looking for a highly driven and culturally fluent Marketing Manager to help grow and evolve Tinder’s brand presence in Korea.   The Role We are looking for a strategic, creative, and culturally plugged-in Marketing Manager to manage Tinder’s marketing initiatives in Korea. This role will drive locally relevant brand and growth marketing strategies across campaigns, social, influencers, partnerships, CRM, product marketing, and consumer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate deeply understands Korean youth culture and digital behavior, while also being highly comfortable operating within a fast-moving global organization. You should be someone who can execute hands-on, collaborate cross-functionally, and constantly identify new ways to make Tinder culturally relevant and commercially impactful in Korea. You will work closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing, Social, CRM, Comms, Legal, Media, and Partnerships teams. This will be a 2-year contractor role.
