T he Technology Development Program (TECDP) is a two-year program designed to build technical expertise and a holistic understanding of how technology fuels transformation across the healthcare industry. Associates join a technical track aligned to their interests and career goals, gaining hands-on experience, expanding their technical acumen, and collaborating across disciplines to solve real-world challenges in healthcare. Applications for TECDP are typically open from August through November for both internship and full‑time opportunities, aligning with the academic calendar for students and recent graduates. Which offices (or hubs) does this program hire into? TECDP hires into the following technology hubs: Saint Louis, MO Bloomfield, CT Morris Plains, NJ Austin, TX Bloomington, MN How long is this program, and what does the experience look like? The TECDP internship is a 12‑week experience, while the TECDP full‑time program is a two‑year journey aligned to a specific technology track. Across both options, participants gain hands‑on experience through meaningful project work and continuous skill development. What types of candidates are a good fit for this program? Since then, he's been able to grow his career and make a meaningful impact. Learn more 2022:  Application Developer Job title Rojaun modernized legacy applications and improved performance through Angular development, automation, and CI/CD—while contributing to agile delivery and TECDP recruiting initiatives. 2023: AWS Cloud Engineer Job title During this time, he built scalable cloud solutions and automation using AWS and Python—improving efficiency, reducing vulnerabilities, and delivering high-impact integrations across enterprise systems. Current: Lead Software Engineer Job title Rojaun leads a cross-functional team delivering finance technology solutions, driving automation and modernization to improve data reliability and reduce risk.
