Supervisor AOG

About this role

The AOG Supervisor oversees the execution of sourcing, procurement and logistics of operational critical aircraft materials supporting emergent operational needs at Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA). As a people leader, this role leads a team and uses considerable judgment to make decisions and establish priorities in collaboration with Maintenance Control, Material Control and Engineering stakeholders to assign tasks and create strategies to reduce AOG event(s), provide recommendations to address logistical process improvements and mentors team members.
