About the role: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll run interview scheduling and candidate communication for Vercel’s hiring teams, so every candidate gets a smooth, efficient process. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Recruiting team, using Guide Scheduling and Greenhouse to keep every candidate moving. During onsite interviews, you’ll host candidates and provide a white glove experience. This is a contract role with potential to hire. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What you’ll do: Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers using Gem Scheduling, keeping each process smooth and efficient Host candidates during onsite interviews and make each visit run smoothly Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process Track candidate progress and keep records accurate and current in Greenhouse Partner with hiring teams to understand their recruiting needs and priorities, and help with job descriptions, job postings, resume review, and sourcing when needed What you need: 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role Hands-on experience scheduling candidates and tracking their progress in Greenhouse or a similar ATS Track record of managing and scheduling interviews for multiple hiring teams Working knowledge of HR databases and recruitment marketing tools Bonus if you: Have worked in a SaaS or tech startup environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation rate Medical, Dental, Vision We will provide you the tech you need to do your role The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $96,000.00 - $125,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
