Position Highlights - Work location: Texas Health Resources - Core Work hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00a-5:00p; Hybrid work opportunity Position Summary The Program Manager, Youth Outreach is a tactical role responsible for the day-to-day execution of youth outreach and student experience programs within the Career Transformation Center. This position provides hands-on oversight of staff, speaker and partner coordination, and program logistics to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality delivery. The Manager is accountable for operational performance, staff supervision, and continuous process improvement in support of organizational priorities.
