Position Highlights - Work location: Texas Health Resources - Core Work hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00a-5:00p; Hybrid work opportunity Position Summary The Logistics and Compliance Coordinator is a detail-oriented professional responsible for providing administrative support for service lines. They also support grant application and administration, compliance, and reporting for workforce and career pathway programs within the Career Transformation Center. The Logistics and Compliance Coordinator works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate allocation of staff time, proper transfer and reconciliation of grant funds, and alignment with internal processes. The role provides grant application preparation and reporting, audit preparation, operation logistics, and program evaluation through dashboard analysis and survey development. Active support by participation in development of new programs.
