Global Creative Lead, Reverb

Spotify's in-house creative studio, Reverb, brings our brand to life through thoughtful design, visual storytelling, and creative production. Working across brand and communications, the team creates work that connects with audiences around the world. We're looking for a Global Creative Lead to shape the visual direction of Reverb and lead a talented team of graphic designers, motion designers, and producers. You'll combine creative vision with hands-on leadership, helping the team deliver distinctive, high-quality work while building an environment where people can collaborate, experiment, and grow. Reporting to the Director, Global Experiential & Content Production, you'll play a key role in shaping the studio's creative output and how we work together.
