Job Role: Project Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote) Duration: 12 Months Contract Skills Required: The PM will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; decision making; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving, reasoning; team building; oral communication, speaking and writing; business process reengineering; capital planning and investment assessment; contracting/procurement; cost-benefit analysis; financial management; planning and evaluating; project management; quality assurance; requirements analysis and risk management; configuration, data, and information management; information resources strategy and planning; information technology architecture; information technology performance assessment; infrastructure design; systems integration; systems life cycle; and technology awareness. Additional Skills Required: - Experience managing software delivery projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods, including sprint tracking, status reporting, and risk and decision logs. - Working knowledge of REST API concepts and FHIR R4 or similar interoperability concepts and terminology, sufficient to lead technical discussions. - Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Projects for work-item tracking and delivery reporting. - Strong written communication skills, including executive-level status updates and decision memos.
