Clinical Pharmacist Specialist – Pharmacy- NICU Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Plano 6200 West Parker Road TX 75093 Within the NICU Work hours: Full Time 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays Pharmacy department highlights: - Clinically integrated pharmacy practice model with active involvement supporting high-acuity service lines such as ICU, stroke, oncology, and neonatal patient populations. - Collaborative and approachable pharmacy culture that values open communication, peer support, and strong working relationships with providers and nursing. - Emphasis on clinical accountability and autonomy, with pharmacists empowered to make evidence-based interventions and drive medication safety initiatives. - Fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring flexibility and adaptability. - Advanced clinical environment within a Level II Trauma Center, Level IV NICU and maternal program, and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing exposure to complex, high-risk patient populations.
