Responsibilities Include: Providing technical expertise on the existing EPDS application and database Supporting knowledge transfer to GAO personnel Assisting with application and database migration activities Validating migrated functionality and resolving EPDS-specific issues Supporting post-migration operations, maintenance, defect resolution, and enhancement Qualifications Required: BS and 9 years overall experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree) Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship Proficiency in enterprise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Oracle, SAP) Strong database management skills (SQL, Oracle, MS Access) Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of system integration and API management Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
